The family soon discovered that the woman was the previous owner of the house, who had passed away in the very room where Sarah saw her. They also found out that the woman had lost her child in the house and was still searching for her. The family believes that the woman's spirit was trapped in the house, unable to move on until she found her child.


After this realization, Sarah's parents had the house blessed and the woman's spirit seemed to have finally found peace. The strange occurrences stopped and the atmosphere in the house changed for the better.
